Ralph Wearsch
PGA Teaching Pro
|
Ralph Wearsch has over 25 years of teaching experience. He has spent time with and learned from some of the greatest names in golf instruction including: Harvey Penick, Jim Flick, David Leadbetter, Jimmy Ballard, Peter Kostis and Jim Hardy. Ralph also played professionally and served at the club level for 12 years.
His teaching philosophy is "fix the cause's don't chase the effects". It is not to redo your swing, but to build on what you already do. Known for his patience and pleasant ball side manner, he makes it a fun experience. You will improve and know why you improve. There is also a difference between the mechanics of the game and the art of the game. You practice the mechanics and develop skills on the practice range. You learn how to play golf by playing golf (art) on the golf course. We will do both while you attend the golf school.
"Golf is a very complex game, it's up to me to know these complexities and teach you as simply as possible."
